We're looking for a bold Visual Designer to join our creative team and help us push the boundaries of decentralized finance.
We need an incredible designer to help create the branding for our various DeFi products. Someone well-versed in the modern design rules, but that isn't afraid to push the envelope.
You'll be part of a fast-paced, top-tier creative team and will be highly influential in the direction our products take. You'll collaborate with product designers, engineers, and product managers to tell our story visually.

This position is fully remote, but most of the team is in Asia. Working hours should overlap well with our GMT+8 timezone.
Opportunities to make an impact
Develop and evolve the brand strategies and visual identities across multiple DeFi products
Create marketing materials such as websites, presentation decks, 1-pagers, and social content
Establish the look and feel for various digital interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, and apps
Work closely with copywriters to translate broad concepts into clear, concise assets
Work with product designers to define the visual design strategy for our products
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in visual design, brand design, or similar roles
An impressive portfolio showcasing high-quality brand and visual design work
Has a great understanding of design principles including information architecture, layout, color use, and typography
Proficient with design tools like the Adobe Suite, Figma, and Sketch
The ability to simplify complex concepts with visual storytelling
Ability to defend and articulate design decisions and clearly present the concepts
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
The Ideal Candidate
Has a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency space with an emphasis on DeFi
Can handle uncertainty and ambiguity well. You can make clear decisions with limited information
Loves learning and dabbles in extra design disciplines like 3D and motion graphics
Has some knowledge of HTML and CSS
