Seeking an experienced HR Director to build and oversee HR systems, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with regulations, manage budgets, assess staffing needs, hire employees, design training programs, and develop compensation plans.
Accountabilities
As a new company, the HR Director will need to establish all HR related infrastructure and payroll systems
Collaborate with management to understand the company’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention and implement said strategies
Manage the full employee life cycle, from onboarding through offboarding
Follow trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law and apply this to implement relevant changes in policy, practice, and resources
Review monthly payroll and expenses and work alongside CFO to ensure timely disbursements
Contribute to the design of employee benefit packages (base compensation, incentives, health insurance, etc.)
Ensure the company culture permeates throughout the organization
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices
Passion for technology and demonstrated interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
